Purpose

Pasco County Construction Board (PCCB) members serve 3-year terms and shall have the jurisdiction and authority to hear and decide alleged violations of the Pasco County Codes & Ordinances.  The PCCB shall also have such other enforcement responsibilities as specified by any other Code or Ordinance of Pasco County or as may be assigned by a resolution of the Board of County Commissioners (BCC).  The PCCB shall issue written orders regarding all decisions.

The Construction Investigation area investigates construction related Customer Service Requests, such as unpermitted work, unlicensed work, and violations of Florida Building Code, Florida State Statutes, Florida Administrative Code, Code of Federal Regulations, Pasco County Land Development Code, and Pasco County Code.

The PCCB's Orders are Judicial Orders that supersede any/all other timelines or scenarios available to “normal” construction activities.  Only this Board can amend this Board Order.  No other County Department or employee can alter, change or amend this Board Order.
